What is STOPCUT ?

Stopcut is a simple program to stop ARP poisoning in local area connections it will protect your computer from spoofing programs and protect your informations like CC info and Passwords to be stolen, also it will stop other programs like NET CUT.

What is ARP ?
Address Resolution Protocol (ARP) is how network devices associate MAC addresses with IP Addresses so that devices on the local network can find each other.All network devices have an ARP table, a short-term memory of all the IP addresses and MAC addresses the device has already matched together.
